cheesy chicken disc
1 . Boneless chicken - 250gm
2 . Onion - 1 chopped
3 . Garlic - 4 cloves chopped
4 . Ginger - 1/2 inch chopped
5 . Greenchilli - 2 chopped
6 . Soya sauce - 1 tspn
7 . Pepper powder - 1/2 tspn
8 . Some chopped Coriander leaves
9 . Salt to taste
10 . Bread slices
11 . Mozeralla cheese
12 . Grated carrots
13 . Oil - 2 to 3 tbspn
14 . Egg beaten
15 . Bread crumbs
16 . Butter
17 . Mayonnaise
Chicken cooked with 1/4 tspn pepper powder, 1/4 tspn turmeric powder, salt and water and shredded.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, Greenchilli and onion. Saute well.
Once it get soft, add the shredded chicken into this. Combine well.
Add pepper powder, soya sauce and coriander leaves. Mix well.Masala ready.
Take a slice of bread. Cut out round from it. Do the same with all the bread slices. Make breadcrumbs out of the remaining part of the bread pieces and keep aside.
To assemble, place the round piece of bread on a plate.
Spread mayonnaise over it. Place the chicken fillings.
Top it with grated carrots and place a thin slice of tomato on top. Then top it with mozeralla cheese. Press it tightly. (shown in below picture)
Carefully dip both the sides of the bread disc into beaten egg. (This can be a little difficult, be careful not to drop the chicken filling into the egg).
Cover the disc in prepared bread crumbs.
Heat 1 tbspn butter and 1 tspn oil in a frying pan.
Cook both the sides of the bread till slightly golden in colour.(flipping this would be very difficult, but try doing it carefully).
NOTE : - Slice the tomatoes very thin. - You can use any sliced cheese instead of mozeralla cheese.
