6 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
2 1/2 cup long grain rain
2 tsp annatto powder
2 tsp celery salt more if you want according to your taste
4 quart water
1 1/2 tsp white pepper, optional
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup cornstarch


Boil the chicken with salt, and annatto powder
Boil 30 minutes. remove 5 breast of chicken. use for another recipe. shred the chicken add back to pot.
Add rice cook covered for 25 minutes. Make cornstarch water solution. Mix them together till it looks like milk
Add cornstarch solution stir it will thicken quickly so stir well. You may not need all of it, start with half add more if needed.
Turn heat off after you get the thickness desired hope you enjoy!
