Cheesy bread bondas


9-10 slices bread (depending upon the size of the bread slices; I used big slices)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup capsicum or bell pepper, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano flakes
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
as needed Oil for deep frying


First let us make the bread bonda balls.Remove the sides from all the bread slices (you can use this to make croutons) with a sharp knife.
In a bowl, add the onions, bell pepper, green chillies, chilli flakes, oregano and mozzarella cheese. Mix well till fully combined.
Take a slice of bread, moisten with water on both sides (you can dip them in a bowl of water, but do not soak it too much, just dip, remove and squeeze the water out between the palms of your hands, maintaining the shape of the bread slice).Spoon about a tablespoon of mixture in the center, pull up the corners of the bread slice over the filling press, roll and make into round balls. Press gently while making the balls to squeeze out any excess water and take care to not expose the filling.
Prepare all the bread bondas, cover and refrigerate for about half an hour (optional, but this sets the bonda balls and maintains the shapes).
Just before serving, heat oil for deep frying.Once the oil heats up, drop about 2 to 3 bread bondas in the hot oil. Do not crowd the pan. Fry on medium heat, stirring often to fry them evenly, ensure even browning and to allow enough time for the heat to melt the cheese inside!!
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with ketchup or tomato sauce.
White bread works best for this bonda.Take care not to dip the bread in water for too long, just dip and remove, and then squeeze out all the water between the palms of your hands.The amount of cheese and green chillies can be adjusted to your taste. If you do not have oregano, use any other spice you prefer like garam masala, jeera etc. If you prefer, you can lightly sauté or fry the onions, green chillies and bell pepper in a little oil before making the stuffing.
Coriander leaves give a nice flavor to it.This is a great snack to relish with tea or coffee and works great as a starter (prepare the bread balls ahead, refrigerate and deep fry just before serving). If you are serving it to small children, you can skip the green chillies and chilli flakes.Enjoy!!

In a pan (I did in cooker) heat oil and add asafoetida,cumin curry leaves, mustard seeds.Now add chopped potatoes and carrots fry for 2 minutes. Now add pigeon pea (Toor dal), moong dal fry it for 2 minutes. Now add chilli powder, MTR Bishibele Bhat Masala, tamarind pulp sugar,salt and mix it well. Now add rice and again for 2 minutes fry well. Now add water and cook well. Bishibele Bhat
Peel potato and make thin slices in chips maker and keep them in water and keep aside Aloo fritters
In a big bowl add yogurt, mustard oil,1 tsp lemon juice and all the spices in it.Mix well and add the boiled potatoes in it. Tandoori Aloo
To make the Bharli Bhendi, first wash the bhendi thoroughly in sufficient water and drain. Wipe clean all the bhendi using a clean, dry kitchen cloth and cut off both the edges of the bhendi. Bharli bhendi
Peel & fork the potatoes. Anari dry Dum Aalu in skewers
Boil potato mash and mix all ingredients Aloo Wada
First heat the oil near about half cup Mini samosa
Take a pan put 2-3 tbsp Oil add chopped onions, capsicum, carrots and saute untill cooked add ginger chilli paste add potatoes, green peas, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala amchur powder and mix well and let it cool completely. Samosa frankie
In a bowl put potatoes,mash it. Aalu chop
For flour, mix maida,salt baking soda, oil and then mix it and make it dough. Samosa chat
In a pan put butter or ghee let it heat Keema matar samosa
Take a bowl add grinded curd now add boiled potatoes,onion,green chilli. Aalu ka raita
Firstly knead dough with ingredients mentioned under(for dough) and keep aside for 15-20 mins. Samosa
Firstly peel the potatoes and mash it and add the bread. Aloo tikki chole

Peel and cut the boiled potatoes. Aloo Chutney Chat
Wash BHENDI, wipe with dry cloth and cut lengthwise, sprinkle salt and keep aside. Kurkure bhendi

Slice potatoes and add all spices mix well squeeze lemon juice and serve. Aloo chat

Boil potatoes, corn and green peas and peel the skin of potatoes smashed it and keep ready Baked cheezy samosa dumplings

For the dough - Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients - flour,kalonji, salt, oil & mixed them well. Now, add the spinach puree & make a hard dough. Rest the dough for atleast 30 mins by covering it. (To make the spinach puree - Take few fresh spinach leaves wash it & add them in hot water for 1mins. Now put the leaves in a mixer & make a puree) Palak Samosa
