Chicken Livers Stir Fried In Spicy Miso

Ingredients

300 grams Chicken livers
Pre-flavoring:
2 tsp Sake
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 dash Pepper
1/2 tsp Grated ginger
1 bunch Chinese chives
1/3 bag Bean sprouts (optional)
1 tbsp ● Miso
1 tbsp ● Sake
1 tbsp ● Sugar
1/2 tsp ● Doubanjiang

Recipe
