Ingredients

17 g Sweetener
4 TBSP Light soy sauce
1 TBSP Dark soy sauce
2 TBSP Rice wine vinegar
4 Chicken breasts sliced thinly
200 g Jasmine rice
2 Medium carrots grated
1 Spring onion sliced

Recipe

Heat the Sweetener and light soy sauce in a pan until it is simmering and has thickened
