Coconut and Chicken Patties
1 chicken breast, cubed
3/4 cup yogurt (I used the liquid type, not the solid one)
1 tbsp masala powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
2 cup freshly grated coconut
2 tbsp chopped celery
Oil for frying
Mix chicken breast, yogurt, malasa powder, paprika, salt, curry powder and store in the fridge for at least an hour.
Mix grated coconut, eggs, and celery to the chicken and yogurt marinate.
Heat oil in a pan (I used 2 tbsp and from time to time added the oil when the pan became too dry). Use low heat.
When the oil is hot, scoop a portion of this mixture to the pan. Flip from time to time.
When the color turns golden brown, it is ready.
Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; top with cover, and process until smooth. Summer Strawberry Smoothie
Boil the rice for 10 minutes then drain the water. Chicken loves coconut milk and rice
Chop all vegetables to desired size. I chop mine small to medium. Fried rice
