Crockpot Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients

300 g skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
12 good quality potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
135 g whole baby carrots
1 stalk celery sliced
1 can (300 g) condensed cream of chicken soup
120 mL water
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
to taste Ground black pepper
800 mL milk

Recipe

Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots ancillary into the insert of the crockpot
Stir the soup, water, thyme and black pepper into a small bowl. Mix well and pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables
Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through

Marinated the chicken with all the ingredients and let marinade for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. (I marinated for over night). Middle Eastern Chicken Rice
