Crockpot Jamaican Chicken-homestyle

Ingredients

2 large onions, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
900 g canned stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon Jamaican curry powder (see post for recipe)
1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/4 cups red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 bay leaves
4 boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
1/4 cup water
2 cups long grain white rice

Recipe

Combine all ingredients, except rice, in a crockpot, cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours.
Cook the rice as you normally would serve the cooked chicken mixture together with the rise
