1 pcs chicken breast
1 pcs chicken thigh
100 g seasoned flour
1 pcs egg
20 pcs bird eye chillies
2 cloves garlics
Salt & sugar
Cooking oil
Indonesian basil


Prepare the chicken then cut
Beat the egg, rub the chicken.
Cover the chicken with the seasoned flour
Make the chilli: 20 bird eye chilli + garlics + salt and sugar
Deep fry the chicken until crisp and golden brown and fragrant.
Crush and shred the chicken on the sambal and garnish with indonesian basil.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Combine all dry ingredients. Sprinkle in washed chicken. Bake for 1 hr or until cooked (165 degrees F in thermometer). Broil 1-2 minutes. Crispy and Tender Baked Chicken Thighs
Place breasts on foil lined sheet pan and season with steak seasoning. Place in cold over and set temperature for 350. After 20 minutes oven should have reached temp.
