Delicious! Rich Simmered Chicken Livers

Ingredients

400 grams Chicken livers
2 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp ★Sake
3 tbsp ★Sugar
3 tbsp ★Soy sauce
2 tbsp ★Mirin

Recipe

Wash the liver in water and cut it into large bite-sized pieces, remove excess fat or blood clots, wash again with water, and drain in a sieve.
