Ingredients

Your favorite pasta dough
100 grams Bread flour (or cake flour)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/3 tsp Salt
70 ml Water (to add a little at a time to desired consistency)

Roll it out thinly and cut into small pieces.
Roll each piece of pasta with the palm of your hand.
Place a dull knife at a 45 degree angle, and pull the pasta towards you with the edge of the knife.
