Fried chicken


2-3 bone in chicken thigh/drumsticks/wings
3 cups flour (depends on how thick you want the coating)
1 cup Buttermilk
2 tsp Spice paste


Marinade the chicken in the spice mixture and buttermilk and leave it for a few hours.
Make sure you take out the chicken half an hour before coming so the inside of the chicken comes upto room temperature
Coat it in seasoned flour. You can also add powdered spices in the flour like paprika. Make sure the coating is even though out.
Shallow fry it in vegetable oil till the skin becomes golden brown. This should take 3-5 mins each side.
Finish it in the oven. This should take 15-20 mins depending upon the size of your chicken piece
