1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp hidden valley dry ranch mix
1 tbsp pepper
1 dash salt
1 tbsp lawry season salt
1 1/2 tbsp lawrys garlic salt
1 pints oil may be less may be more i dont measure
1 1/2 cup flour
1 dash lemon pepper
2 egg
1 dash milk
4 boneless chicken breast

Recipe

Get one plate 2 bowl and a bag
Start to Heat oil to 375 in a pan
On the plate pour 1/2 cup of flour and spread
In bowl mix egg and milk well
In other bowl mix remaining cup of flour and breadcrumbs with all the seasoning pour into bag when mixed
Dredge chicken in flour on plate
Dip into egg mixture
Next place in bag shake to coat let sit for a minute or two then shake again
When oil is ready place the chicken in the oil to fry cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes or til no linger pink and juices run clear
Time may vary on size of the chicken breast
When done sit on paper towels to drain excess oil
Now its time to enjoy ur fried chicken
