Ingredients

1 cup Rice
2 cup water
1/2 tsp Salt
400 grams Fresh mixed vegetables
140 grams Skinless chicken breast cubed
1 packages Sazon seasoning with achiote and cilantro
1 Smal lime juice
1 tbsp Ground flaxseed

Recipe

Place washed rice and 2 c water with salt in pan, bring to boil and simmer until cooked.
Steam mixed vegetables until cooked about 10 minutes
