Lemon and herb chicken on a bed of rice


1 full chicken: cut into pieces
1 375g lemon & herb marinade
1 salt & pepper to taste
1 cup mixed peppers - red/yellow & green
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp tumeric


CHICKEN : place all the chicken in a bowl and add all the marinade and let it marinade over night or at leat 5 hours.
Bake chicken at 220°© for 45minutes
Rice- cook you choice of rice and once cooked set aside. In a pot add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and add onion; and mix peppers and all the spices. Keep stirring and once cooked add your rice and mix well. Add salt and pepper for taste.
Plating: in a serving bowl place the rice first and place your meat and garnish with micro leaves
