Pasta wrapped chicken

Ingredients

1 lb lasagna noodles
2 tsp annatto powder
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
4 clove garlic sliced
5 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
4 quart water
1/2 large onion
2 1/2 cup shredded cheese, Colby Jack
29 tomato puree halved
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp sweet basil
1/2 tsp whole leaf oregano
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Recipe

In a pot add water, chicken, annatto powder, and celery salt and boil. Cook till chicken is done.
Preheat oven 400° Fahrenheit
Boil pasta cook till done set aside.
Shred the chicken. To a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil fry the sliced garlic 2 minutes, add onions. When the onions are soft add chicken, half the puree, vinegar, basil, oregano, sugar, and salt. Cover and simmer
Slice noodles in half. Add 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture to noodles roll them up. Then set into a pan repeat till no more noodles to roll. Put cheese on top. Add the other half of puree over the cheese. Then bake for 30 -40 minutes.
