Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken For Tacos

Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 Jar Salsa Verde
1 packer Sazón Goya seasoning

Recipe

Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker
Pour Salsa Verde on top of chicken
Add season packet to empty jar and fill with water, shake to mix, pour over chicken
Turn slow cooker on to high and cook 4 hours or low and cook 6 hours.
In large bowl place chicken and shred as desired
Use leftover juice as substitute for water for amazing rice (1 cup rice to 2 cups juice)

Pour some salsa in crockpot as a bed for chicken. Lay chicken on bed, sprinkle some seasoning on top, add salsa and cilantro repeat if needed end with salsa. Cook on low 8 hours. Once done shred chicken will be super tender. NOTE: this can have endless add ons. I add onion, lime, garlic, and sometimes corn. This this is really one of those things the imagination is the limit.
