Stir-Fried Chicken Gizzards with Green Onion, Salt, and Lemon

Ingredients

300 grams Chicken gizzards
1 bunch Green onions or scallions
3 tbsp ☆Sake
1 tsp ☆Salt
1/2 tsp ☆Grated garlic
1 tbsp ☆Lemon juice
1 tsp ☆Sugar
1 tbsp ☆Sesame oil
1 Black pepper (coarsely ground)

Recipe

Cut the chicken gizzards into bite-sized pieces. Cut the green onions into small round slices.
