Super Easy Chewy Homemade Pasta without a Machine

Ingredients

25 grams Cake flour
75 grams Bread (strong) flour
1 small Egg
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt

Recipe

In a bowl, combine the cake flour and bread flour really well, and move it to a working surface (or a large cutting board).
Make a dome-shaped well in the center of the dry ingredients mound, and add the egg, salt, and olive oil into it. Use a fork to beat the egg first and start blending with the other ingredients around it.
Incorporate flour from the sides of the well and mix it with a fork. Once it is well-mixed, knead it with your hand.
